Emin Nadirov specializes in digital and corporate law, including legal support for FinTech projects, regulation of digital assets, and e-commerce matters. His practice also covers AIFC law, including advising on obtaining various licenses for the provision of financial services.
Emin advises clients on antitrust regulation, deal structuring, and business registration both in Kazakhstan and within the AIFC jurisdiction. He is actively involved in the legal support of mergers and acquisitions, as well as in conducting due diligence of assets and companies.
Prior to joining Zan Hub, Emin worked at the AEQUITAS law firm and in the tax & legal department of Deloitte.

Practical experience
- Participation in structuring and support of projects involving merger, acquisition, purchase/sale of major assets under Kazakhstan law, including drafting and coordination of legal documents pertaining to the transactions, such as share/interest sale and purchase agreements, articles of association, etc.
- Supporting the establishment of a major state investment fund under the AIFC jurisdiction, including preparation of founding and constitutional documents
- Advising on the formation of joint ventures in Kazakhstan, including ownership structuring and allocation of corporate rights and responsibilities
- Conducting legal due diligence of national companies across various sectors of the economy, including a large alcoholic beverage distributor in Kazakhstan prior to its sale to a foreign investor
- Advising a large international financial company on obtaining a brokerage license under AIFC regulations
- Advising Kazakhstan’s largest national mining holding on dividend distribution matters under AIFC law
