Aitolkyn joined the Zan Hub team in February 2024 as and is actively involved in corporate and competition law projects. Her previous professional experience includes participation in advising on legal matters in the Oil & Gas and Mining spheres. This includes regulated procurements by subsoil users, transfer of subsoil use rights, objects linked to subsoil use rights, strategic objects, geological information, main pipelines, as well as the supply of hydrocarbons and operator services in the subsoil use sphere.

Prior to joining the Zan Hub team, Aitolkyn worked as paralegal and junior associate at the international law firm Grata International.


Practical experience


  • Participation in conducting due diligence of subsoil use contracts for hydrocarbons and solid minerals
  • Participation in the preparation of how to search and use geological reports and maps and in drafting of a mining law summary for major international mining companies
  • Participation in the M&A transaction, including the development of transactional documents, assistance with the signing and closing of the deal
  • Participation in obtaining regulatory approvals for economic concentration, including filing an application (notification) and preparing clarifications to the requests of antitrust authority
  • Advising local and international companies on various aspects of antitrust regulation, including dynamic pricing, assessment of antitrust risks in marketing and distribution schemes of international FMCG companies
  • Participation in the drafting of agreements and memorandums related to the transfer of intellectual property, including assets in the field of sports law and software
