Astana, Kazakhstan - Zan Hub represents Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC in raising of funds from the European Investment Bank in an amount of 200 million Euro on the security of Baiterek National Management Holding JSC for the development of “green projects”.
On behalf of Zan Hub, Aituar Madin, partner, and other lawyers participated in the transaction; they consulted on Kazakhstan laws, drafted all financial agreements and coordinated the work of all parties to the transaction.
