Astana, Kazakhstan – Zan Hub LLP consults independent directors of E&P KazMunaiGas JSC in connection with an offer to repurchase company shares in an amount of US$ 1.1 billion by the National Company KazMunaiGas JSC from minority shareholders with subsequent drafting of a package of amendments to the charter and relations agreement.
On behalf of Zan Hub, Aituar Madin, partner, and other lawyers, who provide consultation on Kazakhstan laws, participate in the negotiations and draft amendments to the charter and relations agreement.
