Astana, Kazakhstan – Zan Hub advised MoneyGram on compliance issues arisen due to introduction of new requirements by Law on Payments and Payment Systems (Law).
The Law contains number of requirements applicable to payment systems such as notification of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on launching payment system by disclosing general information on payment system and its business, reporting, maintaining rules for operation of payment system, disclosing important information for customers on dedicated payment system's web-site.
The National Bank maintains and publishes information on payment organisations and payment systems on its web-site http://www.nationalbank.kz/?docid=143&switch=english.
