Astana, Kazakhstan - Zan Hub acted as legal counsel as to Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in connection with the novation related with Sukuks (Islamic mid-term notes) issued by DBK for the amount of MYR 1,5 bln. (approx. USD 350 mln).
The transaction made between Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, the Royal Bank of Scotland Berhad, HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad (as the Joint Lead Arrangers and as the Joint Lead Managers), the Royal Bank of Scotland Berhad (as the Transferor) and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (as the Transferee).
